How much are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands FREE above 50€, under is 5€ shipping fee.

Orders within Europe FREE above 50€, under is 7.5€ shipping fee. 

Within the USA 8€ above 50€, under is 20€ shipping fee.

How long does it take till I receive my order?
When we receive your payment, we aim to send it that same day. Orders made within the Netherlands receive the package usually within three days, orders made outside the Netherlands within a week. Please note that under certain circumstances it can take a little longer. We do our very best to let our customers enjoy the Warriors asap. 

What company handles my package?
All of our orders within the Netherlands are shipped by PostNL. International packages are shipped by UPS/FEDEX/SKYNET/PostNL. Once they arrive in the country of destination they will be handed over to a local delivery service.

Can I return my shoes?
Yes you can. Fill in the Return Form, you can find it here. Please note that you can return your item within a week of receiving. For more information about shipping & returns click here.

How to determine your shoe size?
The WB-1 and DIME runs large, we recommend to go 1 size down. Or check out our size chart.

The ACE runs small, we recommend to go 1 size up. Or check out our size chart.
